Services

  • Our Desktop Profiling service gathers, analyses and presents information about individuals through the utilisation of advanced databases and research tools. Sometimes known as Claimant Profiling, but covering many more subject types, it's an invaluable resource for solicitors, insurance professionals and anyone seeking to validate people and claims.

Our reports provide intelligence from an extensive combination of open source and advanced proprietary data sources for areas such as:

    • Address

    • Financial

    • Media

    • Social Networking

    • Commercial

    • Employment

    • Vehicle

All cases are allocated to an experienced researcher who utilises a raft of tools, alongside their own expertise, to provide detailed, contextualised research reports. Examples of common subject types:

    • Claimants

    • Policyholders

    • Witnesses

    • Prospective Tenants/Tenants

    • Prospective Employees/Employees

    • Partners/Ex-partners/co-parents

    • Prospective business partners/business partners

A Desktop Profiling Report provides a detailed understanding of where an individual is likely to reside and if they are the proprietors of a property. It highlights any adverse financial information associated with someone, such as CCJs, IVAs and Bankruptcies. It identifies any online media associated with someone, including on the deep web, especially adverse media, in addition to any social networking presence, and any commercial interests and employment information.

Together, this data can provide an all-encompassing understanding of who an individual is, who they’re connected to, and what lifestyle they lead, in order that, for example, amongst many other uses, both exaggerated and entirely fraudulent claims can be identified. That said, while a Desktop Profiling Report is an economical fraud detection and prevention tool, it is equally used to confirm both individuals and claims as legitimate as part of any due dilligence checks.

  • Although in many cases we recommend a full Desktop Profiling or Financial Profiling Report covering all available sources, there are occasions where only a focus on social media is required. Our Desktop Social Media Report identifies available social media content connected to an individual or an entity and archives and presents the content within the scope of any given enquiry.

Our enquiries use a number of specific advanced search tools, but also naturally include direct searches of all major social media sites, as well as many lesser known sites. Examples covered include:

    • Instagram

    • Bluesky Social

    • Threads

    • TikTok

    • Facebook

    • LinkedIn

    • BeReal

    • Strava

    • X (formally Twitter)

    • YouTube

    • Telegram

  • Much like our Desktop Profile service, our Desktop Financial Report, sometimes known as an asset check or asset report, gathers, analyses and presents information about individuals, such as Claimants, Policyholders, Witnesses, Tenants and Prospective Employees/Employees, patners/ex-partners, as well as businesses and companies, although specifically in regard to their financial standing and any significant assets they own.

Among a wide range of  use cases, this report can be utilised as part of pre-litigation enquiries and debt collection enquries, ensuring subjects can meet any judgements secured and as a way of creditors establishing appropriate workflow for legal and other action. Our reports include Land Registry information for any connected addresses.

  • If you are looking to identify or confirm the current address of an individual or obtain other contact details, our Desktop Trace Report will pinpoint this information in a discrete and accurate manner. Examples of entities we can trace:

    • Debtors

    • Claimants

    • Policyholders

    • Witnesses

    • Beneficiaries

    • Next of kin

    • Businesses/Companies

    • Directors

    • Missing people

  • Our Desktop Bespoke service has access to the same tools and methods as our Desktop Profile Report and other services; however, it allows for a different range of investigation requirements. It may be that you require a more focused scope of information, rather than an in depth analysis of an individual. Examples include:

    • Multiple subject tracing

    • Address verification

    • Previous address history

    • Social media monitoring

    • Media archiving

    • Address ownership information

    • Establishing connections between individuals

    • Business/company information

    • Vehicle checks
